Had a wierd sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, technician took me on a drive to identify it and he knew exactly what it was and got it fixed!

Was having an issue with the car. Took it to your dealership on 12/22. Was told they can’t get me in until 12/30. Understandable since there was an upcoming holiday. That being said, no one offered to even look at the car to see what was going on and if I should have even been driving it. Then when the car was taken in on 12/30 it was never touched until the first week of January and parts were there. Granted more parts had to be ordered once it was finally looked at. But I had to call to ask about what was going on. No updates from your service department. When I asked for a vehicle to drive while I was waiting so long, I was told there were only 2 vehicles available and they were both out. I’m not saying the work was bad but the customer service and support while being without a vehicle for over two weeks was lacking. I would expect more from a dealership especially when the vehicle was purchased there. Also, on the same day that I received this survey, I got a text saying they haven’t seen my vehicle in a while. Very disappointed.
